Hi BP Family!

I wanted to re-introduce myself. I found out about BiggerPockets about 3 years ago and kind of pitter-pattered around but never used it to it's full potential. A little about myself: I'm 39 years old, married and a mother to 5 children (yikes!). I'm also a full time nurse and live in Perris, California. I'm really interested in RE and had my RE license at one point. I got distracted (had 2 kids) but now I'm back. I own my own home but really want to invest in RE. I'm interested in flipping SFR and would eventually like to buy and hold multi-family RE properties. I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts daily, looking at the webinars and bought a few books. I'm currently reading J Scott's book The Book on Flipping Houses. I have a little money set aside and plan to continue saving to help me start investing. I would love to meet up with seasoned RE investors in the Inland Empire area and possibly partner up on a flip (I'll buy lunch/coffee). I'm willing to travel up to 50 miles, and invest my time and sweat equity into getting things done.

Thanks BP!
