If there's sufficient equity in any of your properties, it's worth considering the potential returns from deploying that capital elsewhere.

Essentially a small piece of what I do is help Wholesalers with EMD's that could be 1k+  Its a great way for wholesalers to get into more contracts without having concern of deploying or running out of there own money.

So, taking the money out to deploy it with the goal to make LESSer returns hardly sounds good. 

@Daniel Lozowy Remember that whatever method you deployed, try not to forget the funnel process. 

We would be investing in a few ways to mitigate the lowest level with flood proof doors or deployable barriers.

I’m hoping that the opportunities that come from having a higher chunk in savings already ready to deploy might make it slightly less difficult to get started vs needing to start from nothing (I may be wrong here).

There are good opportunities without deploying huge capital or there are luxury options.
