You really need a business or a commercial asset in my opinion - contractor bays, oil change type centers -something that everyone uses.

To pay my contractors and employees I collect their bank information and can send an ACH directly to their bank account. 

My contractor (not handyman) water heater replacement is $1600 (which is cheaper than most will get in my market). 

They acted so quickly the house was fixed up and I had tenants within 30 days of closing without ever having to talk to a contractor.
