The other property they buy will use maximum leverage so they can meet their reinvestment requirements.The free and clear replacement has concentrated your equity so if you ever want to access it you can easily get at it. 

I spent most of my career working in Asheville and I know a few good realtors, but if that's not where you want to concentrate it would be a waste of your time.

In all fairness, I could/should stop and just concentrate on paydown.

To find the right location for your assisted living home, target neighborhoods near hospitals, pharmacies, and areas with a high concentration of seniors.

Rentals take time and effort and top producing agents in many markets simply make more revenue concentrating on sales than running rentals.. but i get what your saying.. 

I would like to see a forum developed here on BP that concentrates mostly on commercial real estate.

For example:  I want to develop a strong passive income stream to:  (this is a why) so that I can not rely on a 9-5 job and have the FREEDOM of TIME to: (TRAVEL, Spend more time with Family, concentrate on a hobby, volunteer with a NON-Profit, develop a business ect). 

Concentrate on building a team of individuals who are referrals from individuals you trust.
