Do you just visit areas and see if new shopping centres are being built or business moving into the area?

They immigrated from Singapore a year ago, and had never lived in a townhouse.Should I make a visit to ensure the house is being taken care of, and they are not making mistakes and causing damage?

After the COVID lock down and the accompanying WFH, followed by the BLM protests and talk of defunding the police, many people are looking to get out of the large urban centres and out to the suburbs or more rural communities.

This is what I currently invest in, and until not so long ago, thought it was pretty good: 1 bedroom apartments in a big city, about 8 miles from the city centre, where everything happens and everyone wants to be. 

Stay away from the big city centres.
