Should I visit my new tenants?

Paul Z.
Posted

Hi everyone.

I had a new tenant family move in 3 weeks ago - husband, wife, and 2 kids around 10 years old. I have not met them yet. They immigrated from Singapore a year ago, and had never lived in a townhouse.

Should I make a visit to ensure the house is being taken care of, and they are not making mistakes and causing damage?

Thanks in advance!

Paul
