Finding Non-Owner Occupied Property Taxes

Does anyone know of any site that allows you to search non-owner occupied Property Tax rates by county? I've been looking and all I've found so far are simple county websites (maybe coded by the mayor's nephew, in 1998) complete with broken links and very little information. The most I've been able to pull for non-owner occupied properties was in Singapore... so, if you're investing in Singapore, let me know. For the rest of us, I'm sort of baffled that no site (that I've seen so far) has compiled information on non-owner occupied rates.

I'll resort to calling each county assessor where I'm considering investing but I'm trying to compare a large number of cities so, this has been disappointing. I'd love to have someone prove me wrong and send a link or let me know a better method.

Anyone?
