Through listening to many individuals on the Pod casts, I realize investing in Real Estate doesn't mean you have to live beside the property forever.  

I am fairly new to Bigger Pockets forums but have been listening to pod casts for some time now. 

I wouldn't make all the toilets 0.8 gpf since there are concerns with not using enough water when flushing sewage all the way down older cast iron pipes to reach the street although it is rare to hear about.

I worry about the original cast iron sewer lines, just from my experience that can be trouble.

Once you have cast a big net with contributing to the community, I think it's important to hone in on what is important to you and your RE goals.
