During your research on listability or whatever service you use, if you don't generate enough names, try to broaden your area or tweak the search parameters to get between 1,000 and 2,000 leads.

I would rather pay for 2 years of wandering the world for a lower cost than send her somewhere that will do nothing to broaden her horizons.I do have my Master's, so I'm not just yelling ignorantly at an expensive system, I've been there done that and screw the t-shirt!

As you all know, today Tacoma/Pierce County is probably the hottest and fastest RE market area in Washington.I feel, in-order to keep buying at a reasonable price need to broaden my search, hence considering Shelton in mason county.

Then we, as a small group of three people, broadened our reach through MeetUp.com After a successful Meetup, we posted about it and thanked the BP community and it happened to catch Brandon's attention.He said he'd help us out and speak at a MeetUp and I think that really helped to build momentum and obviously Joshua joining us helped to keep it going.So I think once you get the ball rolling, you will find, as I have, that not only Joshua and Brandon but a lot of other people can help support it and grow it.

I HAVE to broaden my horizons.
