Do you have any tips or tricks?

I’ve been spending a lot of time on Bigger Pockets and reading articles to prepare myself before I begin - but I’m at the moment where I feel I am in a great spot to start.I’m interested in finding a fix & flip property in the Metro Detroit area that might offer a good opportunity.Any tips, tricks, or advice for a beginning flipper?

Now, I go back and rewatch for all the tips and tricks gold he has in there about construction etc.The office hours are incredibly helpful as well.

@Arlyssa WarnerReal estate investing involves strategies like the assignment of contracts, rent tricks, and quick selling.

It would be one thing if this self- proclaimed "tech company" was just using people as "deal dogs," then "skimming the best deals," or taking say 50- 80%... but apparently they aren't CONTENT with a "one trick pony" scam, so just have to run several, at once.

So tracking him down to get that service will be the trick.

Also didn't know the deducting of interest trick. 

This is a tough one.The trick with turning them into condos, will that it will be super tough to sell the first 3 if not all on a 4 unit development if people need financing. 

@JD Martin  bottom line just like Morris was able to convince his clients what a great investor he was etc.this pilot does stupid pilot tricks acts like an expert when in fact .. he is anything but and I just lucky he has not augured in. and taken anyone with him.problem with MOrris is he augered in with 400 plus investors on board.
