At the moment I work with Sony Playstation in their cinemtics department, and I used to work in the film industry converting movies into 3D.

He paid some upfront as he was leaving the country and did not know when he would be back from filming.

Lowe's sells heat barrier film by Gila that worked pretty well for me.  

My guess is there is a real GC on site at these properties managing the project while the star is going from house to house filming segments here and there for the show. 

It's an amazing field, I was in film prior to this.

But, my company is just a stepping stone for me until I transition into the film business.

Including some great clients in the film industry in Atlanta.So my question is, do you think my background will allow me to get a leg up on the wholesaling game (and flips later in the future)?

Additionally, I am also very interested in acquiring an apartment building with strong upside potential for upgrades and rent increases.My day job is working in the film industry.  

There is a correlation between the number of people who drown by falling into a swimming pool and the number of films Nic Cage appears in.That for some reason just cracks me up.
