San Diego based Florida investor

Hello Everyone,

I have introduced myself before on BP, but had some account issues and lost my contacts and posts.  My account is now fixed :)  Please let me introduce myself again.

My name is Elaine Kelley and I am new real estate investor. I just bought my first investment property in St. Petersburg, Florida. Although I currently reside in San Diego, California, my goal is to continue to grow my wealth through real estate investing, in Florida. At the moment I work with Sony Playstation in their cinemtics department, and I used to work in the film industry converting movies into 3D. Florida has very little to offer when it comes to my industry, and I am hoping to move back there in the next few years. Real estate investing can help me reach my goals and I am planning to work hard at it.

As a new real estate investor, I am very eager to learn everything I can to be successful. Please give me any advise you feel I would need to start out with. :)

Thank you so much!

Elaine Kelley
