Is there any limitation to this self promotional activity?

I'm not here to promote him, or start a discussion about him because I've learned just mentioning a name that may be considered a guru by others is frowned upon here.I currently own 7 homes, control 2 of them, manage all my own buy and hold rentals, own 8 parcels of land that I'm holding onto until building becomes prevalent again, sold homes FSBO, have done a couple of rehabs, am in contract on a duplex and fourplex in IN, own properties in many different states, have taken properties 'subject to existing finance', use land trusts in creative ways, and have a big buyers list of lease option buyers, if anyone has any properties and are looking for T/B in Southern CA, I have them; especially in SB and Riverside counties; a few in LA County.

i think it depends on the situation..sometimes people deserve it..i just berated someone for digging up a 6 year old thread that was purely a promotional ploy...i don't feel bad

I played with AdWords with promotional $50 credit.

I know at first this site looked like it's promoting a 'general solicitation' form a regulatory standpoint, but the site is operating more like an 'online newspaper' or simple 'online ad site', sort of like craigslist... as opposed to prosper.com, which is "in the middle" of the transaction.

Perhaps this level of detail is covered in the book, in which case, consider this an opening for you to self-promote and tell us more about the book...

Even though I now have a good understanding of the analysis and qualifications that are required (and the fact that I'm about to get promoted to full-time lender), I really want to get into real estate.

If it were a deed restriction, CoreLogic would not need to promote it's services to track sales and report to lenders any resales within 90 days.

I stop going to some clubs because 65% of the meeting is promoting new programs etc.
