I am working toward my first "on purpose" buy and hold rental deal and having a group like that ("mastermind group" if you will) would really help to hold everyone accountable like you said.

It is also crucial to have a mastermind group.

You will learn a lot about the business and the market talking with cash buyers.Best way to find cash buyers is networking at local REI meetups, masterminds, Facebook groups, Realtors, title companies, closing attorneys, property management companies, auctions, Craigslist, and bandit signs.You can search real estate transactions in your tax database.

Also, there's some great masterminds out there for bigger operators.

Hi Cynthia, I would definitely get involved in local meet up groups, join a mastermind group with other rookie investors and have a mentor who you talk to on a regular basis regarding your goals.

We are trying to identify really good companies around the country for networking and Master Minding, but first the term needs defining and we need to be clear about what it really means to provide 'Turn-Key' services to investors.
