90 Day Intention Journal - Goals?

Hi!

Anyone else get their 90 days journal and have all their goals figured out?  I have my first goal to buy my first rental property in 90 days, however I feel a bit lost trying to figure out two other goals.  I'm finding I keep choosing things that fall more under a "habit" vs. an actual measurable S.M.A.R.T goal.  Would anyone care to share what their goals are?   Would love to be able to maybe spin off some ideas for myself off of them :).

Thanks!

Why do you have a 90 goal of getting your first rental property?  What if the property is a dog?  Are you saying you are going to end up with the best property you can find in 90 days...good or bad?  Are you going to rationalize a bad property into a good one...just so you can smile and say, "I got my 90 day goal"?

A goal should never be to acquire a property within a timeline.  The goal should be either:

1 - Acquire a rental property that has a minimum PCF of <fill in a dollar amount here...and don't change it...for any reason>

...or...,

2 - Flip a property for a minimum profit of <fill in a dollar amount here...and don't change it...for any reason>
