I'm staying at a beautiful airbnb near W Highlands and N. 29th St. and just heard violent arguments, tires peeling out, women screaming, and assumed cops were called .. this is a beautiful Victorian home built in 1895 restored by the owner, whose son asks her when she's going to move out of the ghetto, just be careful where you buy and how much you pay here ... don't be fooled by a low entry price tag

With reserves in the bank we should be able to pretty quickly build up to some smaller cash flowing properties, with the goal being one more in the second half of the year.It's not a screaming deal like some, but it needs nothing and starts paying us from day one.

Thanks for your input and advice.We have a 3 and 5 year old, and when they are having a challenging time (read: screaming their face off) I will shut the windows that face the common areas so as not to disturb our tenants or neighbors.
