Here’s a small overview on a 600k selling. 600k less hard construction cost at $200/sf with 1,500sf = 300k (300k left) less 100k govt fees ie permits, school, utility taps, etc (200k left), less 50k finance cost (150k left), less 40k architectural and engineering (110k left), less land ——uuuuhhhhh.
