Hello Fellow BP´ers!

I have run my own gym, providing luxurious services for my customers, and for me, it was obviously better to have 10-20 HIGH PAYING clients rather than 100 lower paying. 

Does this sound true in Real Estate as well? 
I wish to execute the same strategies within Real Estate, rent out HIGH END trips in the 5 digits on the week. 

Does anyone have experience with that, and care to teach? Or guide me to information?
