As an agent, have you picked a focus yet or considered specializing/nicheing into being an "investor friendly" agent targeting investors to work with (over generic homebuyers)?

My realtor friends say that our market in town always slows down the 3-6 months before a Presidential election before roaring back in November. 

We know the area pretty well and have a couple of friends in various medical fields that always talk about traveling medical professionals.

A friend introduced me to one called El Silencio last week.

If you need to secure a property quickly, or if you are doing renovations that can be completed within a year then you are better off using hard money or private lending options as they've got quicker close times and tend to be more investor friendly.

I think you are asking if their top markets list is a good place to find new markets to invest in.As an avid AirDNA user I like their data and their tool in general. 

Additionally, I personally like the Northeast market, much less competition since people interpret the tenant friendly aspect as more challenging, but with that comes less competition.

@Aaron MaxwellIf you are investing from out of state and aren't going to visit the city find an agent that's investor-friendly and ask them what areas you can find positive cash flow in and have devolvements going on.

A friend of mine recommended Zillow as well.
