Hey @Alex Silang. So we can't see the list but I will say that AirDNA can be accurate or not depending on the area.

Like any algorithm, the more data points, the more accurate it will be (relatively).

I find it to be quite optimistic. Some have found it pessimistic.

Use the Enemy Method. Go to VRBO and AirBNB in an area you are interested in and search the properties. What are they charging? What does their calendars look like? What amenities do they offer?

That will give you a good idea of what you can make in a specific area.
