As Flowood/Brandon area keeps appreciating, it's getting harder and harder to find a solid cash flowing deal there that makes sense for your real estate philosophy.

  #3 Also, when they see the place not ready, and looking shabby, the rent seems too high to them, verses when they see the home in all its splendor.My philosophy is this..once the home is completed then it is good to show.  

I'm pretty sure they're the winner for worst village in the entire state.Apparently, they're philosophy is that you need to bring the homes to new construction in order to pass.My absolute favorite story is the fact that they inspector said your carpeting (really nice frieze) was "too thick" and that you had to shave off the bottom of your bedroom doors in order to pass the inspection.I have never heard of any inspector ever saying something so stupid.

I think the philosophy here is to take it easy, minimize stress (hence their saying 'it is what it is'), and eat lots of good food!

We continue to invest in properties all the time and keep a good track record both with owners and driving investments to their max... but our philosophy has defensively grown to what it currently is now...

Like some have said, REI groups vary as to their philosophy and how they are managed.

My philosophy: There are FAR more GOOD tenants than bad, so I do not waste ANY time with the bad.

Yes, I have received some feedback from Marriott and Radisson who said they do not touch exterior corridor properties in their philosophy. 

I think staying in the game, making profitable deals, and getting better at managing the deals you have is more of my philosophy.
