Hi everyone, I'm a male 22 yr. old from Rancho Cucamonga. I've been into the real estate business for awhile now, a whopping 3 weeks! Ok, so it's not too long, but it's a start. I've read and heard a lot of success and failure stories, but I want to see for myself what REI is all about. I've been lurking for about a week and listening to podcasts in that time as well. I'm starting to understand RE a little bit more every day just by researching and hearing people talk about it. On another note, I've been to a few RE meetings and all they've wanted to do is sell me a $1k or $500 3-4 day training period in RE. Luckily for them, they catch about 10% of the people buying into it. Are most of those meetings like this? Are there any REAL real estate informative meetings and networking?
