That should be an altogether comforting thought regarding their perspicacity in rejecting you.Working in the sun with no tent...do you still have both your hands, or are you picking through mud beds with only one to find blood diamonds while the overseer looks on with his machete ready?

When a section goes bad, you or your plumber can saw it out with a recipro saw with a diamond blade in it and replace it with section of PVC or ABS using Fernco couplings.

Perils not covered on basic but covered on special would be (some not all):  Theft (important in Detroit), water damage (frozen pipes certainly happen in MI), weight of ice and snow (same), etc.I know of markets that do write special up there, such as Diamond State, Scottsdale, etc, but it's not a low cost policy.
