Commercial Risk Management - all 50 States

I'm a new member and want to introduce myself.  From Cleveland and I invest in Commercial Real-Estate, along with a Commercial Risk Management Adviser (different than a normal broker).  I invest in office/flex properties, retail, and older industrial buildings/renovation projects, as well as provide a unique perspective on insurance portfolios, not often seen in the market, in all 50 States.  I work side by side with existing relationships, vs. compete, and sit on your side of the table - ensuring the side door is always closed.  When I invest, I like to insure the property in my particular style, but am open to other ideas.  Looking forward to hearing from you!
