Can property managers and landlords in Poughkeepsie confirm my research on what the current rental rates are:

1BD/1BA - $1650-1700

2BD/1BA - $2100

2BD/2BA - $2200

3BD/1BA - $2200-2500

3BD/2BA - $2600-2750
