HiI'm looking for other members experiences and thoughts  and Adviceon real estate investing in Newburgh NY.I'm looking into buying a multi family unit in Newburgh....the numbers make sense...but I have some reservations due to the high crime rate.I have heard of a supposed "revitalization of Newburgh",,,so this gives me hope...it once was voted the best place to live in New York in the 50's and has beautiful Victorian architecture.

This home is a style and design that is lacking in the general design and architecture of Mesa & the greater Phoenix area.

From an architecture and construction side, procore is a powerful tool for this, especially for larger scale developments.

I was thinking of getting some architecture firms, GCs etc.. to attend and give talks/presentations etc..

I would be a terrible investor; I'd probably spend way too much money trying to save the architecture.

I think your $250k budget should be enough to get it done, of course your finish selections are what make the costs go up or down.For architectural design and structural engineering and expediting services (running plans through plan check and dealing with the city and all the clearances needed), you should be able to get that done for under $20k.

There are definitely some gem neighborhoods and some beautiful architecture.
