Winnetka, IL New Construction Cost Per Square Foot

Kamil Kow
Posted
Hi. I am under contract on a lot that I am buying in Winnetka and wanted to get some feedback how much it would cost to build a new construction 4,200 square feet(with the basement). High-end finishes. I flip homes so please don't give me "customer" prices. I need contractor prices only.

I am thinking it going to be around $120 per square foot. Any ideas?

@Zach Gring thanks for the mention!

@Kamil Kow feel free to reach out and I could give you some info regarding what to expect for Architectural/Permit related costs if you provide a little more detail on the size/design of the home.
