What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We are passionate about building housing in the urban areas of Mesa & the greater Phoenix areas. We are working with The City Of Mesa to build the community through urban development and planning. We are seeking private money as down payment for our hard money loan.

Our ARV on this home is $299,999 and that is the lowest amount we believe that we can get.

All investors are welcome!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This is a wholesale land deal that we came across.

How did you finance this deal?

Owner financing on the land. We are seeking funding for the 20% down payment requirement on a hard money loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

We are building a ground up, brand new, mission style adobe home. This home is a style and design that is lacking in the general design and architecture of Mesa & the greater Phoenix area. We hope to develop 6 more of these in this neighborhood over the next 18 months.
