Homeowners are seeing that the market has shifted and they are being unreasonable on their list price.  

I would like to know if my expectations are unreasonable. 

It seems unreasonable to me for some reason.

It seems that the tax-deed market is flooded which makes it unreasonable to make consistent money.

Honestly, most buy and hold properties don't need $25,000 worth of work... and that's what $25/sf on a 1,000sf house comes too.If you're flipping, you're certainly higher than that $/sf... but for a buy and hold, that's not unreasonable.

I think the bad rap comes with unreasonable increases, especially if undertaken in line with good and responsive maintenance.

The two tenants have been paying on time, with no unreasonable requests (at least not any reported to me by Harder REG.)

This is not an unreasonable question in the case of people in unstable relationships, groups of single adults living together, etc.
