Rental potential for Crown Point(NWI)

Hello,

I have put an offer on the property below. I would appreciate if anyone with a better knowledge of NWI market can provide a ballpark range of what they think the rental potential  for the property listed below would be. I have reached out to some property managers in the area but i am still waiting for responses from most.  The comps online are limited but i was able to come up with an estimate which i am not confident in hence the need for sound boarding with other people.
