While you might be able to get more units in Kansas, those units come with additional costs that become multiplicative (X water heaters, Y ranges/fridges).

I figure if someone steels my refrigerator I'll eitherA: Be impressed B: Call airbnb or vrbo and see if it's worth filing a claim And/Or C: Go buy a new fridge So if you're buying in TN just call me Ill give you my guy. 

Solar, propane for heater & shower, mini split, fridge that runs off DC, tongue & groove ceiling with puck lights, farm house sink with butcher block counter tops, full bed with storage underneath, 3 seatbelts connected to couch that turns into 2nd full bed, all electric is stored under bench, an induction stove top, fully furnished with pots, pans, and work out essentials, and our favorite part: A ROOFTOP DECK to enjoy the sites.

Leaving raw chicken in refrigerator, & they shut off the fridge... no notice,, odor reported,, had to enter and then found it.. just so you know.. you restart the fridge first and then get nose plugs.Raw chicken in washing machine... no notice odor reported.. this was bad..Crap in washing machine.

It sounds a little crazy, but we set up our master bed & bath suite with a coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave for those short term stays.

I have seen them on top of shorter Fridges.

Who micromanages the fridge... 

Most people replace stove and fridges due to looks not function so I buy those used with great luck.

(I had the black fridge from a unit that was upgraded to SS and then I found that black stove for 175 new and my handyman (mostly) got a big dent out of the top.
