Microwave in an MTR?

How vital is a microwave in an MTR?  We're putting together our first MTR unit and I lean toward not including one, but we could make a small one work if it's critical.

Thanks!

You’re trying to save money by not including a $60-$100 microwave? At that point why include bedding, utensils or furniture? How many days of rental do you need to miss out on before not including a microwave cost you money? One? Two?

Save on repair/maintenance? Every 5-10 years you buy a new one. Add $1/mo to your cap ex. Hopefully you get 1 extra day of rental every 5-10 years and it pays for itself.
