And claim the LLC is just an alter ego.. blah blah balh and you will spend thousands on motions try to isolate the LLC... asset protection at the level most folks have SFR's is VASTLY over blown... unless you have substantial assets to protect.

Hi All,    Big trucks with large fans & towels & dehumidifiers been seen at the rental, and tenant claims they hired carpet cleaners and staff to wash/clean all carpet&furniture.

Try asking an attorney but if it gets too questionable just allow him to leave and make sure future tenants sign the disclosure mentioning it.When most people hear security system I imagine they think outside camera, window and door motion detectors, etc.
