The more you increase it, the more you have to recover before you start making a profit, you will have fewer resources (cash) to generate that recovery, and the longer it will take to get there.You would be better off taking that extra cash (see 2,3,and 4 above) and use them as DP's to leverage more properties...and let your tenants do their one and only job.
