Sometimes these companies act only as "middle men" and simply find you a home they think is turnkey.

"Yes" men or family members that will follow the leader right off a cliff..

They might be con-men too, but more than anything they are an exceptionally poor excuse for a management company.  

No (violent) crime.I think location outplays all of the staging in the world.So many of the men and boys I have spoken with in class-c areas over the years, aspire to learn welding at a school (yet I'm not aware of a huge calling for welders).

I know its not common these days but good land men / women out here in the west this is pretty much how they sell their inventory.. 

Also, many contractors and handy men are active on the page as well. 

I'm not even foolish enough to think that the "American Dream" is currently fueled by much more than easy credit and the next looming economic disaster to hit this great country.I *am* smart enough to know that there are far better ways to put money in my pocket than to leave home for weeks/months at a time on a small boat with a bunch of smelly men and hope that we hit it big.

The property owners just viewed us a couple of young men trying to get into real estate.

You basically need to cut out the middle men if you want to make money.

great idea bruce, it makes a lot of sense. that is why the one thing i have learned in all of my expereince, is that there is always something you can learn if you listen to the thoughts and ideas of others. i should have used that when i got married,because i was warned...i guess as men we never learn!
