It is fenced, has security cameras and lights.

Give them 24 hours notice, go in there with a high definition video camera and get evidence of EVERYTHING.

I was wondering if it is recommended to put an alarm system including motion detectors and window/door sensors or do you think that installing exterior and doorbell cameras is enough ? 

Definitely consider installing even fake security cameras, they will help to deter unwanted visitors.

Pay to have a plumber camera the system to check for broken pipe as well. 

We have resources to answer inquiries, local people to do in person check in and more, dedicated cleaners, off duty police officers to handle noise complaints, and am hiring offshore resources to better monitor noise meters and cameras.
