Alarm system for short term rental SFH
Hi.
We have a SFH in Fort Lauderdale for short term rental. We are out of state investors. I was wondering if it is recommended to put an alarm system including motion detectors and window/door sensors or do you think that installing exterior and doorbell cameras is enough ?
Is it necessary to have the smoke alarm connected to a central system or is a regular smoke alarm sufficient ?
We are mainly concern about securing the house between rentals without creating problems while occupied.
Thanks a lot for your advices.
