Leasing Platforms and Marketing a Parking Lot ?

Iavis Kopets
Posted

Thank you for any input and recommendations that you many have:

Problem:

What platforms other than Facebook marketplace and craigslist can I list my graveled parking lot or what other approaches am I not thinking of that would be a good way to go about leasing this up. (I do not have access to loop net nor do I want to have a broker list it) (I am 22 years old and want to get the learning experience of leasing something like this out)

Project Description:

It is a 37,500 sqft graveled parking lot area . It is fenced, has security cameras and lights. It is in a great location right off a HWY and with easy access to I-5. I would prefer to lease whole lot to one tenant, but am open to leasing sections for vehicle parking.

I would appreciate any advice or input on how to best go about marketing this myself.
