Airbnb / STR Television and internet service options

We're converting 2 long term rentals into fully furnished STR for Airbnb. I'm looking at tv and internet service and my options seem to start out at around $110/month per property. This is for internet and basic cable.
Would an aerial antenna paired with good internet service and smart TVs be sufficient?
I'm thinking older folks will not want to deal with figuring out how to use App based tv (I don't), so the antenna would give them easy access to local channels, news, etc.  While the smart TVs would work for people comfortable with streaming services.
I'd like to be out around $60/month for each property and so far it looks like this is impossible.
I'd appreciate any feedback/input.

I do internet only ($50/mo) and provide Amazon Prime Services (Fire sticks on each TV).   For local channels and multiple TVs in the house check this out.  It has worked brilliantly as you only need 1 HD antenna and it gives all the TVs the ability to access local channels with DVR!   Tenants love it!
