No one has a crystal ball when it comes to stocks.  

You pre-screen on the phone by informing them of your screening standards, employment, income, credit, criminal  etc. and make it crystal clear there are no exceptions.

Then, when you look at your crystal ball for 5 years from now, what do you see?

Without a crystal-clear understanding of your investment objectives (size, scope, term, return, etc.), you will never be able to make an informed decision about which market(s) to invest in.

Need to be crystal clear on ARV.
