Hello All,

I am new to BP and real estate investment. I have gone through few Webinars, Web materials and books. Now, I want to jump in to the market. I am more interested in buy & hold. My goal is to buy first rental property within 60 to 90 days. I am thinking to buy in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA.

Please help me to find out a local team who can help me to achieve my first goal.
