I am currently the Director of Building Services for a large church in my area and my wife, LaShunda, is a both a teacher and a real estate agent.  

I have seen many different ways to do a market valuation for special purpose buildings, such as churches or schools.

How about volunteering with an organization like Habitat for Humanity or with a local church on a similar project?

But I just like it personally, it has a good, family feel, safe, clean, lots of churches and the like.

Almost all of the houses where I live (Church Ave, Ephrata, PA) are single family houses split into rental units.I talked with the Ephrata borough and they told me that I would need to have separate water meters and electric for both units. 

LOL  I went to a Methodist church there ( i dont see it on google maps - think they may have changed the name to Kingswood...it looks like the same church, i think it was called St.

From the looks of it this daycare seems to be well established and to be loosely affiliated with the church next door.

This area has a bible college which have no dorms but brings families from all over the world to train in ministry for their churches.

We are pretty close as I work out of Falls Church area several times a week now.
