What's up BP!

I've been listening to podcasts and visiting the BiggerPockets site pretty consistently over the past 6 months. I've been in the area for almost 2 years now. I'm originally from Tidewater Virginia, I studied business at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia for a few years until I found a great job here in DC.

I'm young (25), easily motivated, and a very quick learner. I've done a lot of research independently but I'm hoping to now meet some mentors and/or peers with the same interest - making money in real estate.

If you're in need of a workhorse for your business or organization I'd be more than happy to assist you and absorb all the exposure and knowledge to be garnered. if you're in the middle of analyzing, closing, or even rehabbing a project I'd love to just be around to make some connections and again learn the ropes.

Thanks.

Sincerely,

Thomas Grayer
