IF it does turn out that its not allowed in your landlord policy you could void the entire contract if the carrier finds out.

My phone carrier, T-Mobile, does a decent job of blocking tons of these calls from reaching me.

I am not sure, but some carriers may not insure a landlord policy with a pool.  

If not, there are several Stand Alone Umbrella carriers.  

First, before you call the insurance carrier, obtain quotes for repair.

The reason I suggest that is, in my experience, there are regional Insurance carriers (only write in a limited number of states) that are often the most competitive for the quality rental 1-4 family dwellings.
