Hi, all.Being new to real estate investing, as a flipper, I'd like to ask the question on BP of whether house flipping as an industry is over saturated (here in July 2014).I am sure the answer to this question varies greatly by market. 

Wholesaling isn't easy in most markets...its way over saturated with get rich quick dreamers.

My advice is to start making offers and if in the first year you don't buy at least 1% of the deals that come across your desk you can post here that the market is now saturated.  

And how can you tell if your specific market is over saturated with these folks?

That market will eventually reach the saturation point.

I feel like the market is over-saturated with mail, and it's time for investors to get up to speed with technology.

I came from an extremely saturated market (NYC and NNJ) so I think Dallas is a treasure trove lol. :)
