(decent shape should fetch $500)Go plastic surround, there is a spraypaint frosting product I use work existing windows in bathrooms.On higher end remodels I get a glass company to make a frosted double paned setup and then case it in with PVC trim.

I have been looking at purchasing some B/C homes in a B/C neighborhood and I have not liked what I have seen in a lot of bathrooms (plastic wall panel), so I am looking to do some renovations if I do purchase.

The leak damaged the carpet, wood flooring in Kitchen and breakfastareas as well as much drywall. a few days after this, a restoration company came to cut out significant drywall, remove living room carpet and wood flooring, the did put plastic up to close off the areas until they came back to repair everything. 5  days after that a plumber came to repipe the leak.   3 days later, the restoration co. came to place 2 large dehumidifiers and to blowers to run 24 hrs per day for 3 days.

I've used the $25/100sqft a roll plastic stuff from Lowes and also used 30lbs felt paper.

I was able to get a case (96) of toilet paper for $27.  500 styro plates and 1000 plastic forks for $15.My tenants don't care about t.p. or disposable eating utensils.
