Read through the court documents online and it doesn't appear that the owner on title attended any hearings or tried to stop the foreclosure.

If not, they are plenty of free ones out there that can.As far as tools recommendations, I agree with Jonathan, HubSpot is a great free CRM that allows you to make custom tags/lists and can have contact forms embedded in webpages, popups, sidebars, or stand alone form links to easily share in email newsletters/online forums. 

In a solid market, with a high quality SFR, you can either flip as-is to another investor, or at the other end, upgrade to flip status and retail to an end buyer.At the end of the day, all investors have a short term and long term approach to their model.
