No, and it's also not very nice to park in a handicapped parking spot, unless actually handicapped, even if you found a mirror hanging thingie last week that doesn't expire for another two years. 

She poured cooking oil on the carpet, pulled the bathroom mirror off the wall, I'm not sure what she did to the bathroom sink but it may need to be replaced.

Ask yourself what you would rather see when you look in the mirror: a person who collected "their money" at any cost, or someone who wished a cancer patient well as they embarked on the always hard, usually uncertain journey of starting cancer treatment.I know which choice would allow me to look myself in the mirror and still respect myself.

Or they think that because they tell me that they really love the place and can fog a mirror that I will take them.

Any liability claim will probably be made against the landlord AND the landlord's agent (look in mirror to identify that defendant).Remember, it still costs money, time and emotional bandwidth to defend a lawsuit against you that may eventually win.I think @Greg M. had it right - cut ties now.Think of it this way. 

I still remember one guy last year blaming his degrading decorative bathroom mirrors on the too-long showers of his tenant and wondering how to make her wash faster.

You could report them to the WI DSPS (Dept of Safety and Professional Services), but if I were you, I'd just put it in my rear view mirror. 

But to put up a mirror image of house attached I would be spending $100 k and needing to out of pocket 25% which would make it not even worth it in regards to cash on cash return.

And practice saying this in the mirror, "I'm sorry, but you don't meet my criteria."

But don't judge people because of a stereotype or because they don't resemble you in the mirror.
