I'm a newbee investor, What does the real estate agent mean by what date are you wanting to close if you make an offer and it still hasn't been accepted?

Making an offer tonight had one accepted yesterday.

I was new, and probably would have accepted just about any terms.Now that I have a decent size portfolio, and a little more experience, I want to see what others are getting, or ways of not getting, PrePayment Penalties.

The seller accepted my purchase price offer, but I do not think in the contract we said anything about the property needing to be completely done with the renovation work.I have 5 days in the attorney review period starting today and I am looking to see how I make sure the seller finishes the 2-3 week renovation he is almost done with.Thanks!

Im currently handling both sides of a deal, buyer is an investor and the seller is a primary owner and the investor wants to buy cash for a price not too reasonable to the seller but acceptable.

Your handyman is probably working under a standard business license, which forbids being paid or accepting payment for more than $1000 on any job or for any customer in a given year.

Hi all,A Triplex that I'm in contract on just came back with an appraisal that is $12k under what the accepted offer is.

People will be willing to accept significantly longer commutes, because they can sleep, watch TV or work during the commute.
