just some thoughts, take them with a grain of salt. 1 - too many pictures. no one wants to click thru 59 pictures2 - the bed on #13, way too high. could be a problem for many people that have physical issues. especially for a downstairs bedroom, usually for elderly people that have issues with stairs, they wont be able to get into it.3 - add some more color to the walls, either paint or artwork.

Not sure if my grandmama is on FB.... and thus the elderly will not be reached.. which is a huge loss as these often are very motivated.But as explained before... everyone being there is not the ONLY thing you need to consider doing marketing!

I list 'other occupants' on my leases and it can be an elderly parent (example:  those with dementia are not put on as a party to the lease as they are not competent to sign), adult or minor children (example, adult child who is a college student, no job/income, does not contribute to rent).I have not had to complete an eviction for a family with 'other occupants' yet, but I think that evicting the named adults who are lessee and 'other occupants' without names would work.I can not think of a reason to have a birthday for an other occupant, age seems to be fine.
